Access has created a youth council to foster connections provide a forum for young stakeholders to connect, collaborate, develop leadership skills, and provide feedback and advice on responsive programs and services, based on their lived experiences and collective decision making between lived experiences and programming.  The council is youth lead, includes periodic training programs and opportunities to plan and hold community engagement activities.
