To address the needs of the most vulnerable and underserved populations in San Diego County by promoting self-sufficiency and economic independence through education and employment opportunities.

Achieve recognized leadership among San Diego nonprofit entities doing similar work, as measured by achievement of the following goals:

All programs exceed annual programmatic or contractual goals;

Program services are recognized by funders, colleagues, clients and the general public as effective, innovative, and fulfilling an urgent unmet need of our clients;

Program funding increases by 100%, including an unrestricted fund of 10% of the annual budget, and a permanent endowment that ensures the organization’s stability and longevity.
